- ¥300 for the first 24 hours, then ¥6,480 every 28 days, tax included. Prices in other countries are in the terms.
- Other costs
- Internet and data charges are paid by the buyer.
- Payment methods
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, processed by Stripe. Card statements show WHATIQ.COM.
- When you pay
- The first 24 hours are paid when you order, as two charges on the same card a moment apart: ¥150 and ¥150. The renewal price is charged 24 hours later, then every 28 days until you cancel.
- When the service starts
- Your result opens as soon as the payment goes through.
- Contract period
- A membership that renews automatically every 28 days until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
- Order deadline
- None. The price is not a limited-time offer.
- Cancelling
- Any time at whatiq.com/membership, after signing in with a code sent to the email you paid with. Cancel within the first 24 hours and the renewal price is never charged. After cancelling, the membership runs to the end of the period already paid for, and results you opened stay open.
- Refunds
- There are no refunds for the rest of a 28-day period already started. If your result does not open after you pay, or something we sold does not work, email help@whatiq.com within 14 days and we refund that payment.
- System requirements
- Safari on iOS 15.4 or later, or a current version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox, with JavaScript and cookies turned on.
